Orders & Payment


Placing an order 
We wish to make the process of placing an order on our website as simple and straight forward for you as possible.
To place your order for products on our website simply click the “checkout now” button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order and will be under an obligation to pay for the products in full.
Once you have paid for your order at our checkout you will be sent a confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is an acknowledgement of the order and does not constitute as acceptance of the order, you should note that no contract exists between us for those products at this stage. 
Our sales team will contact you within 48 hours to confirm acceptance of your order, and discuss your dispatch whether by collection or delivery. 
If you have any problems placing your order you can email us your contact details to sales@furnish-365.com and we will contact you to as soon as one of our team are available.


Payment 
Once your order is received we will process the payment by way of the credit or debit card details you have provided. Are payment types are subject to change. 
The total price of your order will be the price of the selected products plus delivery charges where selected, all prices will include VAT. All credit/debit cardholder transactions are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card does not for any reason authorise payment, we will not be held liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website. Order Refusal
We reserve the right to decline all or part of the order for any reason. Examples of when we may do this are because;

  • • The products are not in stock 
  • • One or more of the products was incorrectly described or priced on the website
  • • We do not deliver to your area 
  • • The payment transaction was not authorised 
If this is the case, we will contact you directly with additional information and will not process the order.
In the event that we must cancel the order we will refund the amount of your payment in full as soon as possible, and in any event before 30 days from the cancellation, or if preferred we will transfer this payment amount as credit for a new order.

 

 

Contract cancellations
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you wish provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the products. You are required in this instance to do so in writing by sending an e-mail to sales@furnish-365.com
